Steve joined archery in 1997 after joining his uncle for a shoot at Massey archery club.
Steve shot field for 3 years before deciding to take up target archery as a new hobby.
For the past 8 years, Steve has been shooting and traveling all over the world. Currently Steve holds most of the New Zealand FITA records, Some IFAA records, and consistently is ranked number 1 on the Archery NZ rankings.
Steve currently works as a security tech.
